Well, not a lot happening on the pokerfront at the moment. I am gearing up for the two leaderboard tours on BWIN on Tuesday and Thursday where there the prize is a travelcertificate worth $4.500.
Played two tours last night. The monster freeroll on NordicBet and the OFC buyin tour. The freeroll went as most of these do - out to some maniac who hits a three outer for almost all my chips.
The buyin event was a little more fun and when we were down to 20 I was CL. However I went totally card dead and my steal attempts got met by a AI so I had to let them go.
However, we reach FT and the money and it is somewhat quite at the table.
I now have a stack under average (all but the top 2 has under 10BB). I raise 3BB utg+2 with KK. One caller who has me covered, but not by a whole lot - flop comes 3 5 Q - no flush draw. Opponent goes AI and I dont expect a huge play from him (Have him on AQs or so) - I call.
He turns AKo (sweet) - turn 10 (arghh more outs) - river J - (%&#¤) - bye bye Lawyer.
In my cash game I threw (and yes, trew would be the correct word) over a BI.
Then FC Copenhagen lost, Spurs lost and Madrid lost.
Not a whole lot of fun this weekend....
